PARADISE DISPATCH | November 1, 2026

Four discoveries. A growing trail of evidence. And an island whose past refuses to stay buried.

There was a time when LOST PARADISE was exactly what its name promised.

Visitors arrived expecting tropical beaches, luxury accommodations, waterfront attractions, and an escape from the world beyond the island. Families filled the resorts. Workers maintained the roads, power stations, and ports. For many, Paradise wasn't a vacation destination. It was home.

Then Cobalt arrived.

What began as investment and infrastructure development gradually became something else. Research facilities appeared. Restricted areas expanded. Military shipments replaced civilian deliveries. Locations once open to the public disappeared behind security checkpoints.

Eventually, the evacuation began.

And for many Islanders, it never ended.

THE WARNING THAT STARTED EVERYTHING

The investigation now known as Project Eden began with an intercepted Cobalt transmission carrying a disturbing message:

CONTAINMENT NOT CONFIRMED.

At first, Paradise Haven had little more than scattered references to medical research, missing personnel, and abandoned facilities.

But as Islanders began exploring the island, those fragments started connecting.

Investigators have now identified four locations associated with the growing Eden investigation.

Eden Medical Facility provided evidence of Cobalt's classified medical operations and experiments involving human survival and adaptation.

Quarantine Sanctuary, once a place of refuge, revealed another disturbing chapter. Armed hazmat personnel continue to occupy the grounds, raising questions about what the facility was intended to contain.

Eden Burial Vault introduced the possibility that the island's dead were connected to the research program in ways Haven has yet to establish.

And most recently, Cobalt Sawmill revealed evidence of industrial shipments linked to Project Eden.

The discoveries are troubling individually.

Together, they suggest that Eden was far more extensive than anyone in Haven initially believed.

THE SANCTUARY IS NOT EMPTY

Recent observations inside Quarantine Sanctuary have raised additional questions.

Armed personnel wearing protective equipment have been observed gathered around a central chamber, surrounded by candles, storage containers, and unfamiliar symbols.

Their purpose remains unknown.

Are these personnel guarding evidence? Following an established containment procedure? Or carrying out instructions left behind by an organization that no longer answers to anyone?

Haven investigators have not determined the answer.

What is clear is that Cobalt's presence on the island cannot be dismissed as a collection of abandoned installations.

Some operations are still active.

And someone—or something—is maintaining them.

PARADISE BEFORE THE FALL

Lost Paradise PARADISE BEFORE THE FALL

Not every clue is hidden behind armed guards.

The old Lost Paradise Hotel still stands as a reminder of the destination the island once was. Its architecture, abandoned rooms, and surviving signs offer a glimpse of the civilian world that existed before the emergency closures.

The resort became part of the island's evacuation history, just as other civilian landmarks were drawn into the growing crisis.

Across the island, familiar places still carry unanswered questions.

What happened to the people who lived here?

Which facilities were taken over by Cobalt?

Where did the missing shipments go?

And how much of Paradise's original infrastructure was quietly repurposed before anyone realized what was happening?

The answers may not be confined to the Project Eden facilities.

They may be scattered across the entire island.

WHY THE ISLAND KEEPS RESETTING

For newcomers, understanding the island means understanding the Cycle.

Every fourteen days, LOST PARADISE undergoes a Cycle Reset. Buildings disappear, resources return, and the island begins again.

Haven's recovered records connect these resets to R.U.S.T. — the Repopulation Unit Survival Test, an automated system associated with Cobalt.

Before each reset comes WIPEOUT, a final period when the island's normal protections are withdrawn.

But the system has one important flaw.

Islanders remember.

Not everything. Sometimes only a location, a warning, or a fragment of an earlier discovery.

Haven calls these memories Echoes.

The Survivor Ledger and Paradise Passport help preserve what Islanders uncover, allowing the investigation to continue even when the physical island changes.

Cobalt may be able to reset Paradise.

It has not managed to erase its history.

YOUR PLACE IN THE INVESTIGATION

New to LOST PARADISE? You haven't missed your chance to become part of the story.

Begin at Paradise Haven, where survivors gather and Paradise Operations coordinates activity across the island.

Explore the existing Project Eden locations. Search for evidence and readable documents. Follow the information left behind and record discoveries through your Paradise Passport.

Returning Islanders should revisit familiar places, too. A location that seemed ordinary during an earlier Cycle may carry greater significance as new evidence emerges.

There is no requirement to solve every mystery in a single visit.

The investigation is meant to grow with the people participating in it.

SOMETHING IS STILL MOVING

The evidence recovered from Cobalt Sawmill has introduced a question Haven cannot yet answer.

Where were the shipments going?

The documents suggest that Project Eden's operations extended beyond the facilities currently under investigation. Material moved through an organized network, and some of those routes remain unaccounted for.

Meanwhile, activity at previously investigated locations continues to raise questions about who is still following Cobalt's orders.

With another Cycle approaching, Paradise Operations is reviewing its findings and watching for developments that may change the direction of the investigation.

No additional discovery has been confirmed for public release.

But the evidence is accumulating.

Four locations have brought Islanders this far. There is still much of Paradise they have not explained.

The island remembers.

And sooner or later, something buried in its past is going to demand an answer.
