CYCLE 01 — COBALT DOWN

The first reports were dismissed as interference. Two brief transmissions, each carrying an obsolete Cobalt medical identifier, appeared in the traffic passing through Paradise Haven. Neither matched an active facility in the island's surviving records. Both stopped before Haven could establish a reliable location.

THE RECORDS DON'T MATCH

Cobalt patrols continue to move through the island, but Haven has received no explanation for the return of these long-silent identifiers. Operators have assigned the transmissions a provisional designation: EDEN FIRST CONTACT. The designation does not prove Project Eden has resumed operations. It means only that something is transmitting under credentials that should no longer be in use.

AN ADVISORY FROM HAVEN

Islanders are asked to exercise caution near abandoned burial grounds and medical sites. Reports of unusual movement after nightfall remain unverified. Paradise Haven remains protected, and its operators are collecting firsthand accounts rather than circulating coordinates they cannot confirm.

CONTAINMENT NOT CONFIRMED

The last fragment recovered from the second transmission contained three words: CONTAINMENT NOT CONFIRMED. Cobalt has issued no public response. Haven has preserved the traffic in its Cycle archive while preparations for further investigation continue.

The island has already shown what Cobalt is willing to erase. These signals raise a different question: What did it fail to contain?

THE ORACLE WILL CONTINUE TO MONITOR.
