WIPEOUT
LOST PARADISE is a PvE server — until WIPEOUT begins.
Every Wednesday at 8:00 PM Eastern, the island enters the final stage of the biweekly wipe.
PvP turns on.
Player-base raiding opens.
And everything you've spent the wipe building, collecting and preparing can finally be put to use.

WHAT IS WIPEOUT?
WIPEOUT is the LOST PARADISE pre-wipe global PvP event.
For most of the wipe, LOST PARADISE operates under normal PvE rules.
When WIPEOUT begins, those rules change across the island.
PvP is enabled and player bases can be raided.
WIPEOUT stays active until the server wipes and the next biweekly cycle begins.
WHEN DOES IT START?
Every Wednesday at 8:00 PM Eastern
Once WIPEOUT activates, it remains active until wipe.
There is no short event timer.
Once it's on, it's on until the island resets.
WHAT CHANGES?
During WIPEOUT:
Player-vs-player combat is enabled.
Player-base raiding is enabled.
Explosives can be used against player bases.
Defenses suddenly matter a lot more.
The gear you've been saving can finally come out.
Your end-of-wipe stockpile has a purpose.
This is the final stretch of the wipe.
Use it.
THE HOTEL REMAINS SAFE
There is one major exception.
THE HOTEL SAFE ZONE STAYS PROTECTED
The LOST PARADISE Hotel remains a protected Safe Zone throughout WIPEOUT.
Players can still use the Hotel as a safe social hub while the rest of the island opens up.
The Hotel is not part of WIPEOUT PvP or player-base raiding.
PREPARE DURING THE WIPE
You know WIPEOUT is coming.
Plan for it.
Build stronger defenses.
Upgrade your base.
Stock ammunition.
Save explosives.
Prepare weapons and armor.
Secure your best loot.
Decide what you're willing to risk.
Get your team ready.
That giant box of rockets you've been staring at all wipe?
Wednesday night is why you kept it.
WHEN DOES WIPEOUT END?
WIPEOUT ends when the biweekly wipe completes.
Once LOST PARADISE detects the new wipe, the server automatically returns to its normal PvE rules for the beginning of the next cycle.
Then we build it all over again.
