October 15 marks the full public release of LOST PARADISE 5X PvE.
For those of you who have already been playing during testing, the server itself won’t suddenly become a completely different game on release day. What changes is that the foundation we’ve been building becomes the starting point for the live LOST PARADISE experience going forward.
The goal has always been more than taking Rust, increasing the gather rate and adding a pile of plugins.
We wanted the different systems on the server to feel like they belong together.
PARADISE HAVEN
Paradise Haven is the center of the server.
It is the protected survivor hub where players can regroup, use services, interact with the server’s economy and prepare for what comes next.
From there, the rest of the island opens up.
PARADISE OPERATIONS
One of the systems becoming increasingly important is Paradise Operations.
Rather than treating bosses, Convoys, Armored Trains, Raid World and other PvE content as unrelated events, these activities are being brought together as part of the larger LOST PARADISE experience.
Players can decide when they want to build, farm and progress normally—and when they want to take on something more dangerous.
RAID WORLD
Raid World remains one of the major pieces of progression.
Five difficulty levels give players somewhere to use the weapons, explosives and resources they spend the rest of the Cycle earning without turning the main server into a traditional PvP raid server.
Easy → Medium → Hard → Expert → Nightmare.
The deeper you go, the more prepared your team needs to be.
THE CYCLE & WIPEOUT
LOST PARADISE runs on a 14-day Cycle.
For most of that Cycle, the server remains PvE.
Then, during the final 18 hours before reset, WIPEOUT begins.
PvP and player-base raiding open across the island while Paradise Haven remains protected. When the new Cycle begins, normal PvE rules return automatically.
It gives everything you build, collect and prepare during the wipe one final purpose before the reset.
OCTOBER 15
Public release is not the finish line for LOST PARADISE.
It is the point where the world, progression systems, PvE content, economy and community we’ve been building become the foundation we continue expanding from.
New areas, new Operations, new discoveries and new reasons to explore Paradise will continue to come after launch.
For everyone already helping us test the server: thank you.
For everyone waiting for the doors to officially open:
October 15.
We’ll see you in Paradise.
